5. Subscription and Payment

  • Alert Delivery: Within 1 minute of detected downtime
  • Support Response: Response times vary by plan and issue severity

If we fail to meet our uptime guarantee, you may be eligible for service credits as outlined in your plan.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of our service are owned by SiteIsOnline and are protected by intellectual property laws.

8.1 Our Content

The service, including its design, code, graphics, logos, and documentation, is our exclusive property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our service.

8.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any data you provide to our service. By using our service, you grant us a license to process and store your data solely for the purpose of providing our service to you.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SITEISONLINE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Service interruptions or delays
  • Missed alerts or false positives
  • Damage to your website or infrastructure

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SiteIsOnline from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law and Disputes
